IE-SPYAD is a Registry file (IE-ADS.REG) that adds a long list of known advertisers, marketers, and crapware pushers to the Restricted sites zone of Internet Explorer. Once IE-ADS.REG is "merged" into your Registry, most direct marketers and crapware pushers will not be able to resort to their usual "tricks" (e.g., cookies, scripts, popups, et al) in order to monitor and track your behavior while you surf the Net.

To install it, you will need to download the file and unzip it into a folder of your choice.
Once unzipped, just double-click the ie-ads.reg file inside the IE-SPYAD directory to add this list to your restricted sites Zone. You will probably get a warning about the registry being changed.

If you already have it installed, go to the file ie-ads-uninst.reg, which is also found inside the directory, and double-click it. It won't dissappear. It's just changing your directory. Now when you install the new file, just install over the top of the old one.
