Cancel or Pause your Printer |

Have you ever selected a document and sent it to your printer, only to realise you have made a mistake, it is the wrong one, or you hadn't quite finished writing it or worse still it is 20 pages long and you only want one page.
Well there is a quick way to stop your printer or pause it.
In your system tray, by the clock there will be a little icon for your printer. Double click on it and a dialogue box will appear displaying all documents being printed or waiting to be printed. Find the document you no longer want printed (you should be able to recognise it by the name of the file) and right click on it. A menu will appear giving you the choice of Pause printing or Cancel printing.
One thing to bear in mind, if your printer has already started printing the document in question, it will take a few seconds to stop, but if it saves you 19 unwanted pages who cares.
