Adjusting Animation Speed Print E-mail

If your animated image moves too fast, here's how to slow it down.

A few of you have asked about changing the speed of the animations, so I thought it would be a good thing to share.

Go to http://magick.net4tv.com/MagickStudio/scri...agickStudio.cgi

Click on "browse" or "choose" and find your image, click on it and then click "open". Now click on "view". When the image appears, click on the "output" tab up top and wait for the next page.

Scroll down to "optional image attributes". Under "compress", click on RLE. Under "channel" set it to "all".

The only other thing you need to change is under the "delay" box. You can start with "10". Scroll back and click on the "output" button - *not* the output tab up top.

Wait for the page to fully load and then click on the large image up top. This will bring it up on a page by itself and you can view the speed of the animation. If you don't like it, click back to the page that has the "delay" box and put in another number - maybe from 10 to 20 or even to 40.

Each time you change it, press the "output" button and then click on the large image to see the speed. When you have it the way you want it, right click and save it to your computer. Now wasn't that easy?
