Make a Faded Background Print E-mail
Contributed by Linda
Ever have an image that you would like to make into a wonderful background only it is too bright and bold?  Try this!

First you will need to upload your image to a hosting site.  There are many free ones on the internet; Photobucket http://photobucket.com/ and Image Shack http://imageshack.us/    to name a couple.

Here is my image -

After the image is uploaded, copy the http code by left clicking to highlight and then right click to copy.

Now go to http://www.nbswebfx.com/ and backspace off the http leaving the whole line blank.  Left click in the blank area where you backspaced off the http address to start your cursor and then right click and choose "paste".

Where it says "apply", choose "fade".  Next to that, choose "low" for the intensity.  You don't have to set anything else.

Now click "apply effect" and wait for your new image.  When it appears, right click and save it to your computer.

Here is my finished image -

*Be sure and check out the down arrow for other great options!  Instead of "fade", try "shadow", "buttonize", etc.  Turn a color image into a beautiful black/white image with "greyscale" or have a little fun and put your image into a "tv" or "money" . . . the list of fun goes on and on!
